Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using SitePulse. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SitePulse operated by AriesBlaze, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SitePulse.

2. Service Description

SitePulse is a web-based website audit tool that uses industry lab performance metrics, live HTML parsing, SSL checks, and other analysis techniques. The service is available at sitepulseng.xyz. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Free Plan

SitePulse offers a free tier: up to 3 audits per day, performance scores, Core Web Vitals, and up to 5 detected issues per scan. No account required. We reserve the right to limit free access if misuse is detected.

4. Pro Plan and Payments

4.1 Features

The Pro plan (₦4,999/month) unlocks all 12+ issues, full HTML analysis, PDF export, unlimited scans, desktop scores, Pro Dashboard with scan history, and priority WhatsApp support.

4.2 Billing

Payment processed via Paystack. You must be 18 or older to purchase.

4.3 Subscription Period

Each subscription grants 30 days of Pro access and does not auto-renew. Your status reverts to free when the subscription expires.

4.4 Pricing Changes

We may change pricing with at least 14 days' notice.

5. Refund Policy

All Pro payments are generally non-refundable once Pro features have been accessed. We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged but Pro was never activated due to a technical error on our end.
  • You were charged twice for the same period.
  • You contact us within 24 hours of purchase without having used any Pro features.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Analyze websites you do not own or have explicit permission to audit.
  • Use bots or scripts to circumvent scan limits or overload our infrastructure.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Share or resell your Pro subscription credentials.
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable Nigerian or international laws.

7. Third-Party Services

SitePulse relies on third-party performance APIs, Supabase, Paystack, and CORS proxy services. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these services.

8. Intellectual Property

SitePulse, its design, code, and branding are owned by AriesBlaze. You retain all rights to URLs and content you submit for analysis.

9. Disclaimers

SitePulse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Audit results do not guarantee improvements in search rankings, traffic, or revenue.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AriesBlaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim, or ₦5,000, whichever is less.

11. Account Terms

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limits.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without refund. To delete your account, email ariesblaze1@gmail.com. Requests processed within 30 days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
